Atlanta Time - Ecommerce SEO Case Study

Atlanta Time is an independent watch retailer and repair shop based out of Atlanta, Georgia, US.  

The store owner contacted Pixel Prodigies with the request  to help them improve their SEO and bring more repair clients, more buyers and more people willing to sell their pre-owned watches.

Upon investigation, Pixel Prodigies noticed that Atlanta Time website didn’t follow the Google prescribed rules that help websites rank high in search results.

We started working with Atltime in early Ocober and as you can see on the graph, withing 4 months there was  10x jump in traffic. We got Atltime.com ranked  for over 300 keywords with some of them being in Top 10. Some of the keywords:

  • “Atlanta Watch Repair”
  • “Watch Repair Atlanta GA”
  • “Cartier Polishing Services”

 

How did we achieve this?

We won’t be able to go over the entire volume of work done in this short case study, however we can simplify the process and explain some of the key actions we took. 

  1. We created landing pages for each keywords we wanted to rank for and followed rules that Google pays attention to when trying to rank the page for the keyword. Some of those rules are but not limited to matching keyword to h1, h2, title, meta and p tags. 
  2. We guest blogged and got Atlanta Time mentioned on multiple blogs and magazines. For example, we got Atlanta Time featured on ventsmagazine. URL: https://ventsmagazine.com/2024/04/11/timekeepers-of-the-stars-the-watches-that-rule-the-music-industry/
  3. We setup all of the related Google tools such as Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, Product Datafeed Plugin, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and many others.

Conclusion

The client was overall very happy as at this point 95% of the clients he get come from either SEO or Google My Business we setup for him. He is getting a consistent flow of repair related clients and customers who want to purchase a pre-owned luxury watch.
